タイ料理を代表する一つである「グリンカレー」
実はカレー料理では無く、ゲーンと呼ばれるタイ料理を分かりやすくカレーと言っているのだとか。香辛料やハーブに加え、ココナッツミルクの甘さが特徴。
グリンカレーを本場のタイで食べてみたい！！と言う事で、パトンビーチにある創業1987年の老舗『Sabai Sabi』へ行ってきました！
化学調味料は一切使用無し！地元で人気の食堂なので、お店の雰囲気もローカルで可愛い♪
今では欧米ガイドブックにも認められているお店みたいで、海外のお客さんも多そうですが、観光客に人気のご飯屋さんの中でも、他に比べてローカル感はちゃんとあります！
美味しい！！全然辛く無い！ココナッツミルクが効いておりマイルドな辛さ！！インゲンもお肉もたっぷり入ってクリーミーな味わい♫
バンコクで食べたトムヤンクンより美味しかったです！！お店によって大分味が変わるのかな？？シーフードの具沢山！！こちらのお店の料理は全般程よい辛さで食べやすい♫

場所は、ビーチ沿いの通りから路地に入った所にあります。少し曲がってから歩かないと分からないので、ファミマかNAPOLIというお店が目印です！
